Our staff have extensive experience with both the Green Globes and LEED Rating Systems, having collectively worked on more than 100 projects that have either sought formal Green Globes or LEED certification or have incorporated the green building principles.
DIAGRAM is Canada’s leading Green Globes Certification consultant, with principals and staff representing 80% of the country’s Green Globes Professionals. Our Green Globes projects represent 10% of all the Green Globes Certified projects in Canada and cover a wide variety of building types including healthcare, education, office, community, religious and institutional facilities. Eighty per cent of our certified projects have attained 3 Green Globes – the equivalent of a LEED Silver Certification.

Our Experience
Our staff’s experience includes the certification of the LEED Gold Certified Winnipeg Mountain Equipment Co-op, the eighth LEED Certified Project in Canada.
Additional consulting experience includes Manitoba Hydro Place, considered by many the most energy efficient building in the world. Our staff has completed the formal certification of four LEED projects with nearly two dozen more currently in the certification process. DIAGRAM’s staff also adapted the LEED Canada for Commercial Interiors Version 1.0 Rating System for the Canada Green Building Council, as well as serving as a member of the CaGBC’s LEED Faculty for five years.
Through our experience we have come to appreciate that more than one option for green building certification creates a more flexible and robust green building industry.
