B.A., B.Sc., EP, LEED AP BD+C ID+C O+M, Green Globes Professional
Richard has been a Sustainable Building Consultant since 2001 and was one of the first ten LEED Accredited Professionals in Canada. He adapted LEED for Commercial Interiors for the Canada Green Building Council and was Canada’s first LEED for CI Accredited Professional. Richard has trained more than 3,000 aspiring LEED Accredited Professionals as a member of the Canada Green Building Council’s LEED Faculty.
Richard was Canada’s second Green Globes Professional and has led the certification of two dozen Green Globes projects that are currently in or have completed the Green Globes Certification Process. Richard guides the development of the sustainability strategy for each of DIAGRAM’s projects.

For his entire career in the Green Building industry, Benji has been at the forefront of evolving analysis and visualization tools that Building Information Modeling affords. Benji’s role focuses on the development and implementation of the firm’s state-of-the-art analytical tools, ensuring we utilize the most advanced BIM technology to optimize your projects performance.

Jennifer has gained an enormous amount of experience over her last six years in the Green Building Industry. Jennifer was instrumental in the adoption of LEED CI for the Canada Green Building Council and has been involved in more than 50 LEED and Green Building projects. More recently Jennifer has focused her efforts the development of our unique method of converting LEED projects to certify through the Green Globes Rating Systems. To date Jennifer has successfully Green Globes certified Canada’s first three LEED conversion projects and is currently directing more than a dozen current LEED projects through Green Globes Conversion.

Syndi’s passion for people and green building has culminated in her role as DIAGRAM’s Client Service Director. Syndi’s role is to ensure our clients’ experience with DIAGRAM’s approach to green building is enjoyable. Syndi is the primary point of contact for all our projects making certain that our clients’ green building experience not only meets but exceeds their expectations.
Beyond DIAGRAM’s core team we are supported by a diverse technical staff that include engineers, architectural and engineering technologists, environmental scientists and an administrative support staff.
